Welcome to timgebel.com

Thanks for visiting my website where you find information about me and my activities. In the future I will try to create a section with some interesting material regarding jazz guitar and music theory.

About me

I’m a german jazz guitarist making a living in Austria, performing with my trio The LaRossa’s. After getting quite a good reputation as a guitar teacher and clinician and authoring and producing 14 instructional DVDs in Germany I shifted my focus from teaching to performing. Currently I am studying classical music theory at University Mozarteum in addition to my performing schedule.

If you are interested to study guitar or jazz harmony and improvisation with me you are welcome to contact me. I teach in the wonderful old town of Salzburg. You can come on a regular basis or for a one day workout (this is what people from far away usually do). Take a look here

Besides being a very experienced teacher I also make the best espresso.

I play a JEAN BARAULT guitar and use OPTIMA STRINGS.
